Capacity Building Projects (CBP)*
Capacity Building Projects provide support for individuals or groups to extend their experience and try something new, that is of considerable value to the sugarcane industry.  Funding of up to $5,000 for an individual or $10,000 for a group is available. There are no set definitions for projects providing they demonstrate an ability to assist people to learn, change, or enhance their leadership skills.

How to apply
Download the CBP application form and application kit and email your completed application to SRDC apply@srdc.gov.au. Round 1 opens on 15 February 2010 and closes on 15 April 2010 and Round 2 opens on 21 June 2010 and closes on 3 September 2010.

15 Apr 2010 - Capacity Building Project applications close 
07 May 2010 - SRDC announces successful Capacity Building Projects
01 Jul 2010 - Capacity Building Projects commence
